Sales teams can use Agents to prepare for conversations, organise account information, draft responses, and identify follow-up work. The output should support a salesperson’s judgment, not make commitments on their behalf.

Account preparation

Give the Agent the account brief, approved CRM notes, relevant meeting summaries, and a review date. Ask it to separate confirmed facts from gaps and return stakeholders, open questions, recent decisions, risks, and next actions. Check account names and dates against the source before a customer meeting.

Prospect questions and RFPs

Provide the approved product, security, and pricing material. Ask for a draft answer with a citation for each claim and a separate list of questions the sources cannot answer. A salesperson or subject-matter owner should approve any security statement, price, roadmap commitment, or contract language before it is sent.

Meeting notes and follow-up

Supply a transcript or notes that may be used for this purpose. Ask for a concise summary, customer-stated needs, commitments made by each side, unresolved questions, and proposed owners. Keep direct quotations distinguishable from the Agent’s summary. Create follow-up tasks only after a person confirms the owner and due date.

Personalised outreach and coaching

For an email draft, provide the relevant relationship context and an approved example. Ask for a specific, respectful draft that avoids claims not found in the source. For coaching, ask the Agent to compare a transcript with the team’s rubric and cite the moments behind each observation.

Before sharing the result, verify every customer-facing claim and remove information outside the intended audience.
