# Support Agent builders across the team

Good Agent builders understand a real workflow, can turn its rules into clear instructions, and are willing to test and share what they learn. They do not need to be engineers, but they should know when to involve an administrator or subject-matter owner.

## Find the right people

Look for colleagues who handle repeated questions, know the source material, and want to improve how work gets done. Start with a small group and assign a business owner and reviewer to each pilot.

## Make collaboration lightweight

* Hold a short regular session or maintain a team channel for examples and questions.
* Record the intended audience, data scope, sample requests, and known limitations for shared Agents.
* Share both successful and failed tests, including the changes that improved a result.
* Route workspace access, connection, and account settings to administrators.

## Maintain what the team builds

Give each shared Agent an owner. When a policy or source changes, retest its instructions and examples. Before extending it to a larger audience, confirm that the tools and data scope are still appropriate. Update or retire Agents that are no longer useful rather than copying stale configurations.
